Our Team
Emmanuel Tei Tyson is a renowned Managing Consultant and Social Entrepreneur with over a decade of experience providing trusted business advisory, entrepreneurial skills, research, and training solutions to a wide range of clients across sectors at various stages of growth. He is passionate, knowledgeable, and results-oriented, with extensive expertise in entrepreneurial skills for businesses, agribusiness, and finance.
Emmanuel's zeal for entrepreneurship has been recognized by several organizations, including the African Entrepreneurship Awards Scheme (AEA) in Morocco and Orange Corner, a funding program sponsored by the Netherlands Government in Ghana. He has served as a Mentor, Business Coach, Trainer, and Panelist for numerous entrepreneurship platforms, as well as tertiary and post-graduate institutions such as the Catholic University of Milan, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), and the Africa University of Professional Studies-UPSA Incubation Hub.
Emmanuel's academic achievements include an MBA in Global Business Sustainability and Impact Entrepreneurship from the Catholic University of Milan, a BSc in Banking and Finance from Regent University of Science & Technology, and a DBS in Accounting from the Institute of Professional Studies. He also holds certificates in Investment Management, Mentoring, and MFI from reputable institutions such as the University of New Hampshire in collaboration with CDC Consult.
Emmanuel's expertise and dedication to entrepreneurship led him to co-found the Citizens Capital Micro-Credit and The Swift Group TSG Ltd. in Ghana, with the goal of creating equal opportunities for all. He previously worked with a microfinance company, which he co-founded, and Securities Discount Company- SDC as an Intern.
Emmanuel's expertise also earned him an appointment to serve as the West-African Representative for Studio Tecnico Appiani-Srl, a Parboiled Rice Hydrothermal Machinery Plant & Whole Cereal Processing Systems firm based in Carugate Milan, Italy, for the rice industry. In January 2020, he founded The Swift Group Inc., a Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) Company with representatives in Milan, Italy, and other parts of Europe.
Kenneth is an enterprising personality with years of experience in information technology and sales management. He graduated from IPMC in Delhi, India, with expertise in Java C++, Cisco Networking Systems, Software Application, and Programming. He also obtained a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Southern Business School in Ghana and holds certifications in IT Security Systems from Drew Technology Institutes, earned in 2002 and 2005.
Kenneth has worked as an IT and sales expert for multinational companies in Europe, playing key roles in well-established firms in Germany, Italy, and Ghana. He has broad exposure and experience across various career fields, and he has grown to master his craft as an entrepreneur.
Kenneth has mentored, nurtured, built, grown, and provided advisory services across several sectors and industries for many companies in Ghana. He is a co-founder and the Deputy Executive Director of TSG Incorporated, the parent company of several small and medium-sized enterprises, including Edge Tech, the latest IT company inclusion, and managing partners and agents across some EU countries and West Africa.
